Was feeling very tired this morning after long week of work, travel and training. Swim was on the plan for today, so swim I did. Still only managing 30 mins in the morning due to work timings, but its better than nothing!

To be honest, after 20 minutes I stopped, and was about to get out as was feeling low on the motivation front today, but reminded myself why I was there and so completed what I had scheduled.

Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow.
