Out on the road bike today, unfortunately the weather was not as nice as it was the previous day and felt like a constant headwind for 3/4 of the ride.
Despite the wind and cold, it was a good solid ride and was still feeling good towards the end (even picked up a few PB’s) so seems all the training is paying off and I am getting somewhere.
As the clocks went forward today, I am looking forward to taking advantage of the lighter evenings and a neighbor for a riding buddy.
