As this is not much before the full at Nottingham (my main focus for the year) I will be looking at it as a warm up and trying to avoid any injuries (where possible) and generally having fun for the day. I hope I am fit enough for the full by this stage and find this one a great final training day for the full which is just 21 days later (gulp).
