30 minutes of lap swimming today, first time swimming in 8 months! Could not find my prescription goggles so vision was kinda fuzzy lol
1 hour was on the agenda but as it was the first time in so long I cut it short when I started to feel the muscles than have been in hibernation starting to complain. Got personal training session tonight so got to leave some in the tank for that!
