The Journey Journal is where I will post (sometimes daily) general ramblings on the training, eating, preparation etc I am undertaking to reach my goal.
It could be anything from giving a excuse why I didn’t train today, to hopefully the exact opposite and writing what went well whilst beaming with joy after a good session.
Blisters, chaffing, crashes, setbacks and any other training struggles will be noted here for us all to laugh at and hopefully to learn from. Tips and advice will be greatly received.
